Loguers at the 100% Hotel Show 2025: Strategy, Dialogue, and Meaningful Insight into Hotel Sales Channels

Loguers made a dynamic presence at the 100% Hotel Show 2025, actively participating in one of the most important events for the hospitality industry and contributing meaningfully to the dialogue around contemporary challenges and opportunities in hotel commercial strategy.

Throughout the exhibition, the Loguers team had the opportunity to meet and exchange views with hoteliers, revenue managers, marketing professionals, and hospitality experts, discussing developments in sales channels, changes in the revenue mix, and the new demands of the market. These discussions highlighted the importance of strategic thinking, data analysis, and proper channel allocation in an ever-evolving environment.

A central highlight of Loguers’ presence was the workshop:
“Hotel Sales Channels by Loguers,”
which took place on Saturday, November 15, 2025, as part of the Hotel Expert Talks Stage.

The workshop was curated by Markos Georgiou (Managing Director – Loguers), Giorgos Zaras, and Orestis Mathioudakis, who presented a modern and highly practical approach to managing hotel sales channels.

The “Revenue Channels” workshop focused on how today’s modern revenue mix is shaped, which sales channels are truly effective, and how hotels can leverage them strategically—not simply to increase bookings, but to maximize net revenue. Participants gained valuable insight into the role of both traditional and emerging channels, as well as the importance of monitoring specific performance indicators (KPIs) in decision-making.

At the same time, emphasis was placed on maximizing the performance of sales channels through proper distribution strategy, continuous evaluation, and adaptation to the needs of each individual property.

Loguers’ participation in the 100% Hotel Show once again confirmed their role as a strategic advisor to hotel businesses—one that goes beyond service provision and actively invests in knowledge, open dialogue, and the exchange of expertise with the hospitality community. Through such appearances and initiatives, Loguers contribute to shaping a more sustainable, efficient, and modern model of commercial development for hotels.
